We recorded our first track on January 18th, with Jean working to edit a proper file by the 20th. Ben Harper’s Jah Work was chosen as it was one of our earliest cover. We play it in quite a different fashion as the original tune. Jean has done wonders with very little material, as it was an important step for us to start looking for places to play live.
The record is a three guitars track since he used two version of Simon’s acoustic part on each side to give a spacial stereo effect. The vocal part is a single track. The record has been produced in the Hollerich house. It is far from being a professional sound, yet it does the job in presenting what we can do to concerts organisers.
